  • Free Email Support
    • All customers are provided support via email at no charge. Open a Support Ticket at the Support Site to utilize this service. This is available to license customers without Priority Support, and Get Onboard hosting package customers.
  • Free Web Support
  • Priority Technical Support
    • Priority Support is included with the Professional and Enterprise hosted packages, and is strongly recommended for licensed customers with an annual fee that varies depending on the license level. Subscribers to the Priority Support plan receive rapid response support during normal business hours of 8am-5pm Pacific time, Monday through Friday. Support requests can be made by using the Support Site form or contacting us. All calls will be returned within one hour if we miss your call. Calls received outside normal business hours will be returned by 9 am Pacific time the next business day. This level of service includes 36 hours of Priority Support annually for up to three individuals within your organization. Priority Support customers receive free upgrades to all new versions released of their Webcrossing product.
  • Developer Support
    • We provide special support services for developers using the Webcrossing API. This includes training and development services, debugging or authoring of custom macros or HTML. Developer-to-developer support is available by telephone and at our free online Developer's Center.
